The sensors of online weighing machines are very sensitive measuring devices and must be treated with care. Vibration, crushing or dropping objects on the weighing table (weighing conveyor) should be avoided. Do not place tools on the weighing platform. 2. During the transportation of the online weighing machine, the weighing conveyor must be fixed in its original position with screws and nuts. 3. Please keep the weighing belt conveyor of the automatic weighing machine clean, because smudges or residues left by the product may cause malfunctions. Contamination can be blown away with compressed air or wiped with a damp soft cloth. 4. If the online weighing machine is equipped with a belt conveyor, please check the conveyor regularly. The belts must not touch any guards or transition plates (smooth plates between adjacent belts), as this would cause additional wear and vibration that could negatively affect accuracy. If guards are installed, check that they are in good condition and in the correct location. Replace worn belts as soon as possible. 5. If the automatic weighing machine is equipped with a chain conveyor, please check the guards regularly to ensure that they are in good condition and installed in the correct position. 6. When installing a rejector with an independent base, or a rejector with an independent bracket (column), please make sure that the foot screws or the bottom plate are firmly fixed on the ground, which can reduce disturbing vibrations. 7. Keep spare parts in stock, especially spare parts that are easy to wear, which can shorten the downtime caused by damaged spare parts.
