Check weigher:

Used to check weight and remove unqualified products, product classifications and statistics.

Horizontal metal detector:

Used to detect both magnetic and non-magnetic metals mixed in products during the production process and is suitable for post-packaging detection.

Dropped metal detector:

Used to detect both magnetic and non-magnetic metals mixed in products during the production process and is suitable for pre-packaging detection and is fixed between the bottom of the weigher and the top of the VFFS feeding funnel to save space but increases the height of the system.

Combined check weigher and metal detector:

Used to check the weight of the product, detect the mixed metal in the product and to remove the unqualified products. It combines check weighers and metal detectors to save cost and debugging and maintenance time.

Z conveyor:

Applicable to small space, small delivery value, the product transported vertically to the next process.

Chain plate type inclined conveyor:

Applicable to convey large quantities of products, high speed, large setting-up space required. (Cannot convey small granules and powder)

Belt type inclined conveyor:

Applicable to convey large quantities of products, high speed, large setting-up space required.

Vacuum feeding machine:

Used to convey small granules or powder to save space.
