Application:

It is suitable for weighing granules,slices, products with roll or irregular shapes such as  candies, seeds, jellies, French fries, coffee granules, peanuts, puffed food, biscuits, chocolate, nuts, pet food, frozen feed, etc. It is also suitable for weighing small hardware and plastic components.

Check weigher:

Reject unqualified products, classify products and make statistics (If other weight detection equipment is available, there is no need for this machine).

Horizontal metal detector:

It is used to detect metals that are mixed during the production process. It is suitable for being used after packaging (if other metal detectors are already equipped, there is no need to use this machine).

Dropped metal detector:

It is used to detect metals that are mixed during the production process. It is suitable for being used before packaging. It is installed between the weigher and the packaging machine to save space (if other metal detectors are already equipped, there is no need to use this machine).

Metal detector combined with check weigher:

It is used to detect the metal, check the weight and combine check weighers and metal detectors to save cost and debugging and maintenance time.

Rotary collecting table:

Used to collect products from the production line, suitable for production lines that require manual processing or further packaging operations.
