Application:

It is suitable for weighing snacks such as candy, seeds, jelly, French fries, coffee granules, peanuts, puffed food, biscuits, chocolate, nuts, pet food, frozen food, etc. It is also suitable for weighing small hardware and plastic parts.

Check weigher:

Reject unqualified products, classify products and make statistics (If other weight detection equipment is available, there is no need for this machine).

Horizontal metal detector:

It is used to detect metals that are mixed during the production process. It is suitable for being used after packaging (if other metal detectors are already equipped, there is no need to use this machine).

Dropped metal detector:

Used to detect both magnetic and non-magnetic metals mixed in products during the production process and is suitable for pre-packaging detection and is fixed between the bottom of the weigher and the top of the VFFS feeding funnel to save space but increases the height of the system.

Combined check weigher and metal detector:

Used to check the weight of the product, detect the mixed metal in the product and to remove the unqualified products. It combines check weighers and metal detectors to save cost and debugging and maintenance time.

Rotary collecting table:

Used to collect products from the production line, suitable for production lines that reguire manual processing or further packaging operations.
