Working principle of weighing module

The popular combination weigher on the market is mainly composed of line vibrator, hopper, weighing module equipment, main control module, motor module and baffle. The working process is: the feeder puts the material on the platform above the line vibrator, and the material is evenly transported to multiple hoppers through the vibration of the line vibrator. The motor module controls the opening and closing of the hopper, and the weighing module performs weighing processing and data transmission. The main control module is responsible for combining the weights of the hoppers from the weight module. When the target weight is combined, the corresponding hopper is selected for discharging, the material enters the packaging machine through the baffle, and then the whole process is continuously circulated. Among them, the weighing module is the core part of the combination scale. It not only needs to ensure the weighing accuracy and speed, but also cooperates with the main control module to complete certain business logic. The weighing module is mainly composed of pressure sensor, amplifying circuit, AD conversion chip, MCU single-chip microcomputer and power supply module. First, the pressure sensor of the weighing module equipment manufacturer converts the pressure signal into a voltage signal. The amplifier circuit is responsible for amplifying the voltage to the adaptation range of the AD conversion chip for output. The AD conversion chip converts the voltage signal into a digital signal according to the ratio of the reference voltage to the input voltage, and transmits it to the MCU through protocols such as SPI. The MCU can process or package the data for transmission. In actual production, once the overall structure vibrates, the output voltage of the sensor will jump, and the high-precision AD conversion chip will only faithfully convert the voltage into a digital quantity and give it to the MCU for processing [9]. When there is noise in the initial data, the actual weight cannot be obtained by performing average filtering. This module adopts the idea of u200bu200bcommon control between the single-chip computer and the PC. The acquisition card is added to the voltage output end of the amplifying circuit, and the data is transmitted to the PC. The powerful data processing tool of the PC is used to perform wavelet analysis on the voltage signal, remove the noise, and get the weighing. Then the weighing data is sent to the MCU through the RS-485 communication protocol, and the initial data and the data transmitted by the PC are averaged by the MCU, and the real weight is output.
