Work flow of computer combination scale

Computer combination scales are also called computer scales, combination scales, multi-head scales, electronic scales, electronic multi-head scales, etc. The principle of the computer combination scale mainly uses the combination weighing principle. The computer combination scale has 8 scales, 10 scales, 12 scales, 14 scales, 16 scales, 24 scales or even more, each of which is a separate scale and can be weighed independently. 

The working process of the combination weighing scale of the manufacturer: 

1.The material is sent to the storage hopper by the material conveyor. When the material is added to the preset horizontal position, the electronic eye on the side of the storage hopper detects and sends a signal to stop the conveyor feeding until the horizontal position of the material on the storage hopper drops At the preset horizontal position, the electronic eye sends out the feed signal again;

2. The material is in the storage hopper, and the material from the main vibrating plate is evenly dropped into the line vibrating plate through the vibration of the main vibrating machine to feed each line vibrating plate; 

3. The vibration of the line vibrator causes the materials to be discharged from each line vibrating plate and enter the feed hopper for storage; 

4. When the weighing hopper completes the last weighing and emptying, the upper feed hopper is opened to allow the material to enter the weighing hopper for weighing, and the output signal transmits the data to the main board of the control device through the lead wire. The weight of each weighing hopper is then calculated, analyzed, and combined to select a combination weighing hopper that is close to the target weight. 

5. When there is a signal to allow unloading, the CPU sends a command to start the drive to open the selected weighing hopper. The material is fed into the hopper through the chute or directly into the packaging machine, and the unloaded signal is sent to the packaging machine to Complete the packaging. 

The weighing part is actually a combination selection process. It is composed of multiple weighing units with independent feeding and discharging structure. The general microcomputer combination scale is composed of 10 to 32 weighing units. The computer uses the principle of permutation and combination to automatically and optimally calculate the weight values ??of each weighing unit to obtain a good combination that is close to the preset target weight value for packaging. For example, a computer combination scale with ten weighing units, each weighing unit weighs during weighing, and reads the weight data in each weighing hopper into the computer, and the computer performs the optimal combination. The 10 weighing units can realize 1023 combinations in total, and the computer selects the combination that is close to the target weight value from these 1023 combinations. 

Quality is inseparable from inspection, and inspection will naturally have measurement. Since there is measurement, measurement is indispensable. Measurement is the guarantee of quality.
