What do you know about multi-head microcomputer

Multi-head microcomputer combination is also called selective microcomputer combination weighing instrument. It is composed of multiple independent weighing units of the feeding and discharging structure. The computer uses the principle of permutation and combination to automatically and optimally calculate the load of the weighing unit. 

Compared with the general electronic scale, using a computer 10-head multi-head microcomputer combination scale for quantitative weighing, the same work is completed: a 10-head computer combination weigher is needed, 2 workers are operated, the speed is 60 bags / min, and the single bag error is 0.3 ~ 0.5 grams, the total error is about 14 kilograms per day, and the total error is about 4 tons per year, and the general electronic scale requires 5 sets, 10 workers, speed 12 bags / minute, single bag error 3 grams, the total error per day is 86 kilograms, the annual total error The error is 26 tons. The multi-head microcomputer combination is weighed in the cross-cutting hopper, and the main feeder vibrates to make the material evenly distribute the product in the linear feeder tray on the conical funnel. When the product in the cross-cutting bucket is not or insufficiently detected by the horizontal photoelectric detector, it is like the signal from the main board, and then the feed signal is sent to the conveyor through the main board to feed. The linear feeder vibrates, sending the product to each feed hopper through the amplitude and vibration time. 

The driving equipment, that is, the stepper motor, opens the product in the feed and enters the weighing hopper. When there is no product in the weighing hopper below or when the product in the weighing hopper is insufficient, the product will automatically flow into the weighing hopper. In the weighing hopper, the product generates a weight signal through the sensor, and then transmits it to the main board of the control device through the lead. The CPU on the main board reads and records the weight of each weighing hopper. 

Then, through calculation, analysis, and combination, a combined weighing hopper that is close to the target weight is selected. When there is a discharge permission signal, the CPU issues a command to start the driver to open the selected weighing hopper to unload the product into the sorting tank and enter the collection hopper. If there is no collecting hopper, the machine goes directly into the packaging machine. When the packaging signal is stimulated to the packaging, the product will be released again from the weighing hopper (connection of the combination scale to the vertical packaging machine or the bag-type packaging machine).
