2. AFC is an automatic control vibration tracking mode. The AFCI mode is based on the single bucket weight as the tracking mode, and its reset interval is executed once, which is to achieve a re-correction of the linear vibration machine amplitude. 3. In the weighing hopper, the product generates a weight signal through the sensor, and then transmits it to the main board of the control device through the lead. The CPU on the main board reads and records the weight of each weighing hopper, and then calculates, analyzes, and combines. Select a combination weighing hopper that is close to the target weight. When there is a signal to allow unloading, the CPU issues a command to start the driver to open the selected weighing hopper to discharge the product into the sorting trough and enter the collection hopper. 4. When the CPU receives the permission signal from the packaging machine, it will issue a command to start the drive to open the hopper to unload the product to the packaging machine, and send the packaging signal to the packaging machine, and the product will be released from the weighing hopper again.
