What are the improvements of the automatic batching system

The automated process is run by a system that is connected via Ethernet to the indicator and to the weighing platform for each tank. The system stores the recipes needed to generate all the colors and can automate the batching process from one central location via a touchscreen. The operator will select the desired color on the touchscreen, which will send a signal to the correct valve to open on the supply tank, which will then activate the pump to push the product into the correct mix tank. The system uses a 'smart fill' feature that basically understands each pump's habits and automatically adjusts each fill for extreme accuracy. Another improvement is that the system allows the operator to run all six mixing tanks simultaneously - something not allowed by the previous manual process. If a company wishes to mix a new color, they must simply feed the new recipe into an automated dosing system. The system is equipped with a manual mode via the touch screen, mainly for diagnostic purposes.
