The 28-year-old Mattocks in Williamstown was wanted by Gloucester County attorney\'s office for failing to attend the identity meeting on charges of trying to obtain a prescription through fraud and possession of cocaine.
Mattocks is 5 feet 4 inch tall and weighs 140 pounds and has brown eyes and brown hair.

On 2011. 18, a Menlo Township police officer was sent to the Dark Horse Pike Pharmacy to report a person who tried to obtain painkillers with a stolen prescription.
The pharmacist confirmed that the form had been stolen from a Dr. Collins Wood.
Mattocks, the person identified as trying to use the script, was arrested.
On May 9, 2012, a Washington town police officer working on municipal court security at a metal detector was approached by a woman named Mattocks.
The detector rang and Mattocks took metal items out of her wallet.
When asked to show the police officer her wallet, she left the bag behind and left the building.
19 bags of cocaine were found in the wallet.
An arrest warrant was signed.
The Gloucester County grand jury sued Patrice Mattocks on January, accusing him of trying to obtain controlled hazardous substances through fraud.
