My experience in the Philippines has made me feel a new kind of ruthlessness: The police have made a summary shooting of anyone suspected of trading or even using drugs, and the compulsory police officers take it seriously.

Witnesses told us that these people were dragging.
Jumaquio, along an alley, yelled at the neighbors who had gathered and asked them to come home and turn off the lights.
