The supporting structure at the bottom of the conveyor chain is mainly a wear-resistant plate, which plays a very stable role in the horizontal operation of the conveyor chain and ensures the operating accuracy of the weighing module. The main components of the weighing module of the fruit weighing and sorting machine include weighing platform, weighing top plate, weighing bottom plate and sensors. During the installation of the fruit weighing and sorting machine, the weighing module should be directly fixed on the support of the production line. The fruit tray is directly connected with the double pitch transmission belt. When the fruit tray is transported to the weighing area, it will come into contact with the weighing table. Under the force of the weighing table, the tray will complete the weighing and unloading of the fruit according to the movement of the rotating shaft. The shape of the tray is concave. Through the feeding device, the fruit can be gradually put into the fruit tray to realize the arrangement of the fruit in the transmission device. The part of the tray in contact with the fruit is a plastic product, which can prevent the surface tray from damaging the fruit machine to the greatest extent. Fruit grading and unloading components are used in conjunction, and the sorted fruit tray can be rotated according to the system signal of the equipment, and finally the fruit grading and unloading work is completed. The image acquisition system includes a camera, lens, light source and light box. It is mainly used to collect the dynamic images of the fruit sorting machine on the conveyor belt and transmit it to the image processing system at the same time. The fruit identification system is divided into two parts: weighing platform and weighing sensor. The information data received by the weighing device in the fruit transmission is processed in real time, and the comprehensive fruit information obtained is comprehensively considered to control the grade of each fruit in the system.
