The hardware composition of the checkweigher

Checkweigher is to pass the packed items through the weighing platform at a certain speed, and dynamically measure the weight value of the bagged items in the process, and the unqualified items are removed by the actuator. So what are the main components of its hardware? 1. Computer: The center of data acquisition, data management and control decision-making of the entire measurement and control system. 2. Signal detection part: mainly refers to two high-accuracy pressure sensors, which are responsible for real-time conversion of the mass signal of dynamic weighing, and transmit the converted electrical signal to the data acquisition board part. 3. Signal conditioning circuit: Amplify, excite, linearize, isolate and filter the signal. 4. Data acquisition card part: including the data acquisition card and its supporting equipment, A/D conversion of the collected data, and transmission to the computer for further analysis and processing; and then the control results output by the computer are converted through D/A, output to the control part. 5. Control part: Processed by the computer according to the control setting parameters, obtains the control result through a certain control algorithm, and transmits the control result to the actuator. 6. Actuator: The actuator performs corresponding actions according to the control results, and promptly removes packaged products with substandard quality.
