Cleaning and maintenance:
1.Clean scale body Turn off the power and unplug the power cord. Soak the gauze and wring it out, then dipped in a little neutral cleaning solution, and use it to clean the weighing pan, display filter and other parts of the scale body.
Note: Do not use any chemical solvents for cleaning. During the cleaning process, avoid splashing water into the scale body. If it accidentally splashes into the scale body, you must wait for the moisture to dry before turning on the power, otherwise it may cause an electric shock accident. Or damage the equipment.
2. Horizontal correction
Check whether the scale body is normal. If it is tilted, adjust the scale feet so that the water bubble is in the center position.
3. Cleaning the printer
Turn off the power, open the plastic door on the right side of the scale body, hold the Torx handle on the outside of the printer, and drag the printer out of the scale body. Press the reed on the front of the printer, loosen the print head, and gently wipe the print head with the special print head cleaning pen attached to the scale accessory to remove the dirt on it. After the wipe, cover the pen cap to prevent the cleaning liquid in the pen from evaporating. Wait for two minutes, after the cleaning liquid on the print head has fully evaporated, close the print head, push the printer back into the scale, close the plastic door, power on, and it can be used normally after the print is clear.
Caution: To clean the print head, you must use the cleaning pen provided with the scale. If the cleaning liquid in the cleaning pen is used up, you can find some clean soft cloth and dipped in a little alcohol to wipe it. Do not use other cleaning fluids or wipe the print head with hard objects, otherwise the print head may be damaged.
4. initialization
The bar code electronic scale has the function of zero tracking and zero reset on startup. It clears the foreign objects on the weighing pan when it is turned on, and ensures that the scale is turned on and used when there is no wind around. The scale returns to zero.
During the weighing process, make sure that no foreign matter around the scale touches the weighing pan, and the bottom of the weighing pan should also be clean and free of foreign matter, otherwise it may cause problems such as inaccurate weighing.
