Steps to replace the sensor inside the packaging scale

The reason why a packaging scale can measure materials at the same time as packing materials is because it has a weighing and weighing system inside, and the core of this system is a load cell. If the sensor is broken, the whole device will not work properly, and the sensor must be replaced in time.

When replacing the sensor in the packaging scale, first open the damaged cover plate of the sensor, lift the weighing platform with a jack, and remove the sensor ground wire. Then open the junction box and disconnect the damaged sensor cable from the junction box. Pull out the cable at the sensor end.

At this time, it should be noted that when a wire is drawn, a lead is attached to the scale body, so that when the new sensor is replaced, the cable passes through the scale body and enters the junction box, which is considered to simplify the part replacement process. Then pass the sensor cable through the scale body into the junction box in the same way.

And according to the wiring diagram of the packaging scale sensor, each core wire of the cable is fixed to the corresponding terminal of the junction box; after connecting, open the jack, lay the weighing platform flat, and cover the cover. Don't forget to reset and adjust the packaging scale after replacing the sensor.

Not only that, the redundant cables of the packaging scale sensor should be bundled and placed directly on the foundation ground. In order to ensure the consistency and interchangeability of the sensor, the sensor cable must not be cut at will; of course, the sensor must not be scratched or bumped during the entire process, and the cable must be protected.
