Over the next few years, the Canadian Armed Forces may come and knock on the gates of Kurt Canada to buy more machine guns.

There are about 3,500 C6s in active service. The fully-

The first quarter of the contract cost was used to establish production lines at the colte Canada plant, including engineering verification and certification.
While the company has provided parts and components for the old C6s, it has not built the full C6s from scratch.
Each new gun will also be equipped with a second barrel, as well as auxiliary items including cleaning and repair kits, spare parts and carrying slings.
These components are included in the total cost of the contract, as well as taxes.
The Ministry of Defense did not disclose the exact cost per unit.
Colter Canada also produces C7 assault rifles and variants for military and police departments in Canada and other countries such as Denmark, the Netherlands and the UK.
