The air security agency is reviewing the recent power outage of a safety machine at Auckland International Airport, causing delays in flights.
A Civil Aviation Authority spokesman said they were working to find out exactly what went wrong and how to prevent it from happening again.
An official found that one of the six walks was interrupted by electricity.
At six o\'clock P. M. on Wednesday, a metal probe through the border.
CCTV footage was then inspected to determine how many passengers had passed through the power outage.
A spokesman said emergency plans for violations of safe areas had been implemented and 1000 passengers leaving the lounge had been transferred to the public area to be reorganized.
International flights have been delayed.
It took four hours to repair the detectors and clean up the backlog of passengers, some of whom left without their aircraft.
A spokeswoman at Auckland Airport told the Herald that 53 passengers were affected but 1000 were protected.
