NuZee has signed a lease agreement at 16,603 square.
It plans to build a new single service facility in Plano, Texaspackinghub.
The Plano plant offers several strategic advantages, including more logistics due to its central location in the US, lower cost structure and ultimately larger economies of scale as production increases.
At peakproduction, the company plans to hire more than 30 people at its Plano plant.
The company has been granted immediate access to the Plano plant and will start paying monthly rent on July 1, 2019.

NuZee will prepare Plano facilities for the necessary food safety audit process conducted by SQFI and is expected to be fully operational by the end of 2019.
NuZee has also signed an agreement to add more than 3,200 square feet of production capacity to its headquarters in Vista, California, expanding the facility to 6,751 square feet.
NuZee will add two new partners
Packaging Machine, upgrade process automation and expansion of warehouse space at Vista factory.
These improvements are expected to increase production capacity by about 50%, and will be able to meet the expected demand for drip cup production before the Plano plant is put into operation.
Expansion and related infrastructure implementation should be completed in the coming months.
