During the transportation of the checkweigher, the weighing conveyor must be fixed in its original position with screws and nuts. 4. If the checkweigher is equipped with a belt conveyor, please check the conveyor regularly. The belts must not touch any guards or transition plates (smooth plates between adjacent belts), as this would cause additional wear and vibration that could negatively affect accuracy. If guards are installed, check that they are in good condition and in the correct location. Worn belts must be replaced in time. 5. Please keep the weighing belt conveyor of the checkweigher clean, because the residues left by stains or products may cause malfunction. You can use compressed air to blow away the dirt or wipe it with a damp soft cloth. 6. When installing a rejector with an independent base, or a rejector with an independent bracket (column), please ensure that the foot screws or the bottom plate are firmly fixed on the ground, which can reduce disturbing vibrations. 7. If the checkweigher is equipped with a chain conveyor, check the guards regularly to make sure they are in good condition and installed in the correct position. 8. Keep spare parts in stock, especially spare parts that are easy to wear, which can shorten the downtime caused by damaged spare parts.
