And so a total of five Kenwei weighing systems were installed to ensure precision weighing of gummy candy in the new factory:16 Heads multihead weighers, vertical form fill seal, inclined conveyor, working platform and check weighers. The gummy candy is fed to the weighing system via Kenwei vibration chutes and elevated to the weigher. A huge advantage of the weigher design is the detectable hoppers. On the 16-head weighers, pack sizes of 10g to 1500g are weighed with an output of 60~100 weighings per minute.
