Automatic Snack Weighing and Packaging System

Kenwei automatic snack weighing and packaging system is designed for efficient and accurate weighing and packaging of a wide range of small snack products. The system combines a feeding conveyor, multihead weigher, rotary premade pouch packing machine, and finished product conveyor to provide an integrated automated packaging solution. It is suitable for a variety of free-flowing snack products, including potato chips, popcorn, nuts, seeds, candy, biscuits, puffed snacks, and dried fruits. Complete Snack Weighing and Packaging Line The system uses a feeding conveyor to transfer products to the multihead weigher. After accurate combination weighing, the weighed products are discharged into premade bags and automatically sealed by the rotary pouch packing machine.
