Maintenance and precautions of automatic quantitative

Automatic quantitative packaging machine is a high-tech, high-performance, high-efficiency automation equipment. Users must be proficient in its performance and correct use methods, and do a good job of daily maintenance to make it play the most benefit.

　　 Daily use of automatic quantitative packaging machine must be fixed. The personnel who have been trained by the manufacturer can master the start-up and packaging procedures, and will simply debug the instrument and change the parameters;

　　It is strictly forbidden to operate computer meters without training. Routine maintenance must ensure that the inside and outside of the computer instrument box are clean and dry; the terminals are not loose or falling off. Ensure that the circuit and gas path are smooth. The two-piece pressure regulating valve is clean and free of water;

　　Mechanical part: The newly installed new machinery must check and fasten the transmission and moving parts within one week of use, refueling and maintenance; after that, it must be regularly checked and maintained every month;

　　The automatic oiler of the sewing machine must be filled with oil, and the manual parts should be used to fill the moving parts with oil once each shift is started;

　　Each shift staff must clean the site when they are off duty, and remove dust, water, power, and gas from the equipment before leaving the work position.
