Install the weighing pan (operate carefully, be careful not to damage the weight sensor): 1) First loosen the screws that fix the guide rods on both sides, and take out the guide rods. 2) Loosen the four manual screws on both sides of the weighing pan and remove the pulley (pay attention to the timing belt when removing). 3) Take out the four screws that fix the weighing pan on the small steel pipe to protect the sensor, and remove the weighing pan. 4) Take out the screws (4 or 2), screw spring washers and large stainless steel washers on the weight sensor. 5) Align the large stainless steel gasket with the hole on the weight sensor, then place the weighing pan on the stainless steel gasket, align the hole, and fix the weighing pan with the screw removed from the weight sensor. 6) Install the pulley on the weighing pan and tighten the hand screw. 7) Fix the guide rod and tighten the screw. 3. Power connection: 1) Connect AC220V 10% 50Hz power supply. 2) In order to avoid electric shock and ensure the stable operation of the equipment, the power plug must be grounded (the grounding wire should be a soft copper wire with a diameter of 1.6 mm or a non-corrosive metal wire of the same strength, and the grounding impedance must be less than 100ω). 3) To avoid danger, please install a circuit breaker on the power supply to the equipment. If used in a humid environment, install an earth leakage circuit breaker. 4. Connect the air source with pressure ≥5kg/cm2, pay attention to the direction of the air source on the pressure regulating valve.
