Installation and adjustment of the conveyor belt
Installation of the conveyor belt of the weight sorter:
1. Rotate the adjusting nut to adjust the distance between the driven shaft and the driving shaft to a small gear;
2. Check the running direction of the belt of the weight sorter, and put the belt into the tray according to the direction of the thick arrow in the manual.
3. Adjust the adjusting nuts on both sides of the tray to make the belt tension moderate. And put the belt in the center of the tray.

Adjustment of the conveyor belt of the weight sorter:
1. Adjust the belt tension to an appropriate level, put it on the machine to run, and observe the operation of the leather;
2. If the belt is in the middle of the tray, it is in a normal state and no adjustment is required;
3. If the belt deviates to the left, the following adjustments can be made:
A. The left belt can be 'tightened' and needs to be adjusted gradually. Observe while adjusting until the belt returns to the center position. If you find that the adjusting nut is tight, do not force it.
B. The belt on the right can be 'loosened' and needs to be adjusted gradually. Observe while adjusting until the belt returns to the center position.
C. If it is too large, it is difficult to adjust slowly and it is difficult to come back. You can quickly loosen the right belt first.
D. If the belt has friction with the side fence, stop the machine immediately and check.
