(2) Elaborate manufacturing
When formulating the blank manufacturing process, we must pay attention to the problem of deformation and take various technological measures to reduce the residual stress of the blank. After the blank is made, and in the subsequent machining process, it is necessary to arrange enough procedures to eliminate the internal stress, and strive to reduce the residual internal stress in the part.
In mechanical processing, the roughing and finishing are divided into two processes, and a period of storage time is reserved in the two processes, which is helpful to eliminate internal stress; in the process of mechanical processing, the process benchmark should be retained as much as possible and reserved for repair. It can reduce the error caused by the different benchmarks in the repair process. When manufacturing the crankshaft, if the thimble hole is cut off by the subsequent process, it will increase the error when grinding the crankshaft to make another pinhole during repair.
In order to reduce the stress and deformation of the parts after machining, the more important or more complicated parts should be subjected to natural aging or artificial aging treatment after finishing. For some particularly precise parts, such as indexing measurement mechanism, etc., several aging treatments should be arranged between finishing processes.
(3) Warranty and Repair
Because the deformation of mechanical parts is inevitable, so during the overhaul of packaging machinery and equipment, it is not only necessary to check the wear of the mating surface, but also to carefully check and repair the mutual position accuracy. For this reason, when overhauling packaging machinery and equipment, reasonable maintenance standards should be worked out, and special measuring tools and special tooling fixtures that are simple, reliable, and easy to operate should be designed.
