How to perform maintenance tasks on weightless scales

With technological innovation, many products are being updated, and some of the machinery and equipment we use are made after a long period of time, which is very helpful to some of our production activities. For example, the appearance of weightless scales requires regular maintenance. Check the parts of the weightlessness scale regularly, once a month, check whether the worm gear, worm, bolts on the lubricating block, bearings and other movable parts are flexible and worn. If any defects are found, they should be repaired in time and should not be used reluctantly. Weightlessness scales should be used in a dry and clean room, and should not be used in places where the atmosphere contains acids and other gases that are corrosive to the body. When the roller moves back and forth during work, please adjust the screws on the front bearing to the proper position. If the gear shaft moves, please adjust the screw behind the bearing frame to the proper position, adjust the gap so that the bearing does not make a noise, turn the pulley by hand, and the tension is appropriate. Too tight or too loose can cause damage to the machine. After the weightlessness scale is used or stopped, the rotating drum should be taken out for cleaning and the remaining powder in the hopper should be cleaned, and then installed, ready for the next use. If it is out of service for a long time, the weightlessness scale must be wiped and cleaned, and the smooth surface of the machine must be coated with anti-rust oil and covered with a cloth canopy.
