First of all, when the belt scale is in a static state (the conveyor is stopped at no load), we can measure the output voltage and excitation voltage of the load cell on the terminal of the instrument to judge. If the output voltage is found to be unstable and the excitation voltage is normal, the terminals should be checked again in the junction box. If the measurement results in the box are correct with the measurement results at the instrument end just now, and there is no abnormality at each connection of the load cell, if the belt scale has only one load cell (usually a pressure sensor), we can consider replacing it It's gone. In the case that the checkweigher is composed of two load cells in parallel (usually a pull-type sensor), the output line of the load cell can be removed from the terminal, and then the output of the two load cells can be measured separately. voltage, find the sensor whose output voltage is abnormal and replace it. If there is no problem with the above static measurement, for a single load cell checkweigher, the sensor can be replaced for testing; and for a double sensor checkweigher, remove the output wire of one of the load cells from the terminal of the junction box. Then, only another load cell is used, and then the checkweigher can be started and the zero value stability of the checkweigher machine can be measured in the idling state. Then the load cell that caused the poor stability of the zero value should be replaced in time. It is worth noting that when replacing the load cell, be sure to carefully check the relevant technical parameters of the equipment, and pay attention to keep them consistent.
