How the weight sorter works

Weight sorters, also known as weight sorters or weight classifiers, are commonly used for grading, sorting and sorting of products by weight range. The equipment mainly includes product buffer section, dynamic weighing section and rear sorting section. Its working principle is completed by three parts: buffer zone, dynamic weighing zone and weight sorting zone. The working principle of the weight sorter: 1. Buffer section: It is mainly used for placing products, and the speed is slower than the latter two. It is mainly used as a buffer, so that the products can even enter the dynamic weighing area. 2. Dynamic weighing part: the product completes dynamic weighing during the movement of the belt, and reflects the weighing data to the control system. 3. Weight sorting part: According to the weight data of the dynamic weighing local response, it is certain that the sorting action is performed at which level of the outlet, and the rejection action is performed after the product runs to the corresponding rejection port.
