How is the checkweigher installed?

1. Unpack the wooden box, loosen the fixing screws and other installations. 2. Install the weighing tray (handle with care, be careful not to damage the weight sensor): 1) First loosen the screws that fix the guide bars on both sides, and take out the guide bars; 2) Loosen the 4 hand screws on both sides of the weighing tray, Take off the belt tray (pay attention to the timing belt when taking it out.) 3) Take out the 4 screws that fix the weighing tray to the small steel pipe for the maintenance of the sensor, and take off the weighing tray. 4) Take out the screws (4 or 2), screw spring washers and a large stainless steel washer on the weight sensor. 5) Align the large stainless steel gasket with the holes on the weight sensor, then place the weighing tray on the stainless steel gasket, align the holes, and fix the weighing tray with the screws removed from the weight sensor. 6) Install the belt tray on the weighing tray and tighten the thumbscrews. 7) Install the guide strip and tighten the screws. 3. Power connection: 1) Connect to AC220V±10%50HZ power supply. 2) In order to prevent electric shock and ensure the stable operation of the device, be sure to ground the power plug (the grounding wire should be a soft copper wire with a diameter of 1.6mm, or a metal wire with the same strength that is not easy to corrode, and the grounding impedance must be less than 100 ohms. 3) To prevent risks, install a circuit breaker on the power supply to this equipment. If it is used in a humid environment, a leakage circuit breaker should be installed; 4. Connect the air source with a pressure of ≥5kg/cm2, and pay attention to the direction of the air source on the pressure regulating valve.
