How does the cement packaging machine work?

Cement packaging machine is an ideal equipment for cement manufacturers to pack and fill in bags. It is used to complete the automatic packaging of cement, and can also be used to pack other powdery materials with good flow properties, such as fly ash, cement additives, etc. The working principle of the cement packaging machine: the cement material for packaging is transported to the vibrating screen by the bucket elevator, and after the debris in the cement is screened out, it enters the intermediate warehouse for storage. After the cement material stored in the intermediate warehouse is adjusted by the screw gate and evenly fed by the impeller feeder, it enters the rotating cylinder of the packaging machine through the flap lock valve, the chute, and the soft connection. The cement in the rotating cylinder enters each ash hopper from the small silo separated by the bottom of the cylinder, enters each ash nozzle through the high-speed running impeller, and is filled into the cement bag. The rotation speed of the cylinder adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, and the speed regulation range is 0.45~4.5 rpm, which can be adjusted appropriately according to the working speed of the workers. The material level control in the rotating cylinder is realized by the start and stop of the suspended material level control mechanism, so as to ensure that there is always enough material in the cylinder body. The rotating cylinder realizes fixed-point bag insertion, fixed-point bag drop, and uniform distribution of materials in the cylinder. The whole filling process is controlled by electromechanical integration. In addition to manual bag insertion, the functions of cement bag pressing, material opening, bag filling, weighing and measuring, and fixed-point bag dropping can be completed automatically. Each of the eight mouths has an electrical control box, which is equipped with a microcomputer control system. The control box is powered by the power supply slip ring. The filling process is divided into four situations: 1. When the weight of the bag is more than 5kg in normal bag filling, the microcomputer control system considers that the bag has been inserted, and the material port is continuously opened for filling. When the bag weight reaches the set target value (such as 50kg), the microcomputer control system controls the electrical components through the solid state relay to close the material port. When the bag drop position is reached, the proximity switch senses, the electromagnet is closed, the roller and the block are disengaged, and the cement bag is automatically dropped, completing a filling cycle. 2. No filling when no bag is inserted or no material. When the bag is not inserted or no material is inserted and the weight of the bag is less than 5kg, the microcomputer control system considers that the bag is not inserted, and the material opening is closed to prevent overflow of the ash outlet. 3. When the bag is dropped during the filling process, the microcomputer control system controls the electrical components and the cylinder through the solid state relay, so that the material port is closed and the bag filling is stopped. 4. Secondary filling: when the filling does not reach the set target value (such as 50kg), but reaches the bag drop position, after the control system processes the measurement signal, the output signal: the electromagnet does not pull in, the bag does not drop; the material port If not closed, perform secondary filling. When the set target value is reached, the solid state relay controls the electrical components to close the material port. When the bag drop position is reached, the proximity switch is sensed, the electromagnet is closed, the roller and the block are disengaged, and the cement bag is automatically dropped, completing the whole process of filling. 5. During the filling process, the bag can be pressed, the bag drop and the closing of the material opening can be adjusted to ensure the normal filling of the bag. 6. The material bag dropped after filling falls on the bag receiving machine, passes through the bag-shunting device to the bag cleaning machine, and after the floating ash is cleaned by the bag cleaning machine, it is directly transported by the belt conveyor to the finished product warehouse, and is stacked neatly by the bag stacking machine.
