HLCM weigh modules for level and process measurement

Our weigh modules are already pre-assembled sensor units that can be installed, and with their robust design, weigh modules provide a solid foothold for containers and silos. Due to the modular design of the weigh module, the load cells can also be easily replaced during operation if required. All weigh modules contain an original HBM load cell as sensor element, so accurate measurement results can be achieved even in continuous operation over many years. HBM weigh modules are the ideal solution, e.g. in container weighing, level measurement and dosing processes, i.e. in the food, construction or pharmaceutical industries. The HLCM weigh modules are supplied with HBM's high quality range of HLCB load cells and allow for precise weighing up to a C3 level of accuracy. Its large capacity ranges from 110 kg to 4.4 tons, making it ideal for tank weighing, level measurement and batching processes in the food and building materials industries. The HLCM has an integrated tie rod and anti-drop device, thus ensuring excellent tank and silo stability even under strong lateral forces.
