1. Silo organization
It is used to store enough materials to ensure the continuity and stability of materials during the weighing process. Generally, an upper leveler and a lower leveler are installed on the wall of the silo, which is detected by the lower leveler during the normal operation of the quantitative packaging scale When there is no material, the quantitative packing scale in operation will stop working after completing a weighing cycle, and wait for the signal of the lower level device to ensure the accuracy of the weighing. Through the cooperation of the upper and lower material level devices, automatic feeding to the quantitative packaging scale can be achieved. For some large-scale feed, chemical and other manufacturers, when the materials are produced batch by batch, there are generally large storage silos. In this case, the quantitative packaging scale does not need to be equipped with a silo mechanism, which can greatly Reducing the overall height of the quantitative packaging scale, especially for some older manufacturers, is greatly affected by the height of the plant.
2. Feeding mechanism
In order to provide materials evenly to the weighing machine, in order to coordinate the contradiction between speed and accuracy, two- or three-pole feeding is generally used. The feeding structure generally includes gravity self-feeding, vibrating feeding, belt conveyor feeding, screw propelling feeding, etc., and the appropriate feeding structure should be selected according to the characteristics of the material. Nowadays, quantitative packing scales rarely use belt conveyors for feeding, because the accuracy is low.
3. Scale bucket mechanism
The weighing hopper mechanism is the core part of the quantitative packaging scale, and is connected with the weighing sensor to realize the material loading, weighing and unloading. During the weighing process, the computer controller measures the weight of the material in the weighing hopper through the weighing sensor. When the material weight reaches the preset value, the computer controller stops the feeding mechanism of the feeding mechanism. After the system is stable, the The unloading device works to discharge the material protected by the weighing bucket. According to the required speed requirements, single scale, double scale, four scales or more scales can be used for the combined scale. There are also some scales, without a weighing bucket mechanism, usually called a bucketless scale, which is to install the load cell on the bag clamping mechanism. In work, the materials directly enter the packaging container, and the computer controller weighs the materials and the packaging container together. In actual use, the speed and accuracy of the bucketless scale are relatively worse than those with the bucket scale.
4. Feeding mechanism
The material discharged from the weighing hopper is transferred into the packaging container. In some quantitative packaging scales with larger measuring ranges, a bag clamping mechanism is provided at the unloading mechanism, so as to clamp the packaging container during the discharging process of the scale bucket mechanism, so as to reduce the labor intensity of the operator. Generally speaking, the quantitative packing scale less than or equal to 5kg/bag has no bag clamping mechanism
V. Electrical computer control mechanism
It generally consists of electrical components such as computer weighing controller, weighing sensor, various state recovery switches, solid state relays, and solenoid valves.
