french and uk acquisitions push bunzl to a record year

Distribution company Bunzl has acquired businesses in France and the UK to increase its roster, a record year for the acquisition.
The company provides food packaging to supermarkets and cleaning companies and has acquired the French brand Hedis, which operates through a number of subsidiaries across France.
Brand Hedis provides cleaning and hygiene services
Provide related products to a wide range of customers in the public, healthcare, food services and cleaning sectors.
It also acquired Bretagne Comptoir, a sister company that provides light catering equipment and tableware for French businesses, and générale collecés ites.
The total revenue of the three companies is 155 euros (£137m)last year.
