Filling technology for the chemical and food industries

Filling technology is used to fill already metered and mixed materials (liquids and pastes) into suitable packages and containers that will be ready for further transport or storage and made available to customers. For this, a palletizing system is used. Filling technology is part of the modular design. It is very flexible and can be adjusted to any desired capacity. Filling technology is used in areas where liquid and pasty materials have to be filled into containers, packs, barrels, etc. so that they can be used for further transport. In addition to the filling process, other important issues are the labeling and closing of packaging lids and the transport of packaging/containers within the system. In addition to this, the system utilizes package depalletizers, package stackers, cap placement machines, roller conveyors, etc., as well as palletizing technology. The filling system is a compact system of modular design, produced in materials such as steel, aluminium, chrome-nickel steel. The filling technology is a cascade system with a modular design. After the weighing and dosing process, the material is taken from the silo connected to the filling system by some feeding mechanisms (pumps, pipes, tubes) and loaded into appropriate containers. Further modules can include package locking with lid (optional lid plug-in fastener), package labeling and palletizing. Due to the modular design of the system, each filling system can be frequently upgraded, making it cost-effective.
