Dual Weighing Bag Filling System

The Dual Weigh Bagging System is our newest one bag filling system, it was first installed at Ridge Fuels, throughout the largest distributor of solid fuels; with the existing coal bag line the tw600 is capable of filling 600 bags of coal per hour only A synthesis of operators is required. The tw400 contains two vibrating pans, and the tw600 dual-tray vibrating screen is designed for operators in ridge fuel continuous bag filling capabilities without experience with other weigh-packing systems while the vibrating pans refill the usual delays with a full set of manual bagging systems . The tw600 weighing system is a belt-driven design with a form fill and seal machine capable of 400 bags per hour. Our dual scales can be supplied with your existing equipment, if required, as a complete line using our range of feed hoppers, access platforms and product conveyors. We can also supply vertical packers, baggers, end-of-row packing equipment.
