Panchayat in the region will enter the packaged dairy market with milk from its livestock farms in Vithura and Thettachal.

15 lakh in Vithura, half serving fresh milk from the farma-litre packets.
\"The work is at a different stage and we are planning to enter the market next year,\" panchayat secretary K.

The two farms, which have 600 cows, including a large number of calves, produce about 1,500 liters of milk a day.
