Design and construction of sorting machine

The weight grading scale sorting machine is composed of six parts: frame, electrical system, feeding device, weighing system, automatic sorting system and conveying system. 

The frame is welded by SUS304 stainless steel, which can ensure the stability and corrosion resistance of the frame; the electrical appliance operating system uses Taiwan Weilun brand PLC and touch screen. The operation is simple. When the device has a simple fault, the touch screen will display a fault prompt. Easy to solve the problem. The feeding device is made of stainless steel and is designed with a slight inclination angle to make the material easy to put into the material tray. The automatic sorting system of the weight grading scale sorting machine is pneumatically driven, and is controlled by an imported solenoid valve, which can quickly reverse the material tray and slide the material into the material frame. The weighing system is the most important. The weighing accuracy of the grading scale is mainly to accurately classify the materials by dynamically collecting weight data. The reversal box uses imported food grade PE material, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.
