1. Basic inspection before the machine works ① Ensure that the conveyor belt is intact ② Ensure the nominal weight, set the upper and lower tolerance limits ③ Test the machine more than 10 times to make the accuracy stable ④ Use a non-conforming product to check the blowing type rejection device. 2. Daily maintenance ① Confirm whether the conveyor belt is cracked or damaged ② Confirm whether the conveyor belt is twisted, and closely observe whether there is any strange sound when the machine is working, if so, adjust the belt in the way mentioned above. ③ Ensure that the conveyor belt is not overloaded to avoid damage to the weighing element of the conveyor belt. 3. Machine cleaning ① Make sure to turn off the power before cleaning. ②The conveyor belt is detachable and can be cleaned with 60℃ warm water or disinfectant. 4. Troubleshooting 1. Answers to basic questions ①According to the operation manual ②Check the power supply ③Check whether the cable is damaged, disassemble ④Check whether the hardware and electronic components are loose, and disassemble. ⑤ Check for any damage, burns, abnormal heat, discoloration, deformation, etc. ⑥ Clean corrosion or dirt, they may cause any machine malfunction. 2. Make sure to reassemble all parts to their original condition after disassembling the machine. 3. If the machine has the following conditions, such as sudden changes in the environment, abnormal lighting and voltage, heavy objects of the sorting machine fall or vibrate, it is obvious that the machine is damaged, please check the machine completely.
