Daily cleaning includes: 1. The metering part should be cleaned in time after the shutdown. For example, if corrosive materials such as salt and sugar are packaged, try to clean the feeding tray and turntable every shift to prevent them from being corroded; 2. Clean to ensure the clear lines of the product seal; 3. The electric eye, that is, photoelectric tracking, should also be cleaned regularly to ensure the accuracy of the tracking cursor; 4. Regularly clean the dust in the electric control box to prevent faults such as poor contact, and the newly installed machinery should be dealt with during initial use. Check and tighten the moving parts and transmission parts, and refuel and maintain. Basic maintenance includes: 1. Pay attention to the moisture-proof, anti-corrosion and rat-proof of electrical parts. The inside of the electric box should be kept clean to prevent electrical failures; 2. Regularly check various moving parts such as screws to avoid loosening; 3. When the machine is shut down, the heat sealer should be opened to prevent the packaging film from being scalded; 4. Add lubricating oil to the transmission part (do not drip on the transmission belt to avoid slippage).
