Karlovarske mineralni vody, Czech soft drink manufacturer (KMV)
Pepsi PEP will be acquired.
The mineral water producer said Monday N\'s operations in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.
KMV said that the annual sales of the three companies are around 4.
2 billion crowns ($202. 44 million)
The combined acquisition is subject to the approval of the antitrust department and is expected to be completed in the first half of 2018.
