Distribution PCs continuously archive data to slave PCs so that if the master PC fails, the slave PCs can seamlessly continue the batch process; automatic backup to external media or facilities at newtork locations. The account module can seamlessly connect to third-party account systems, minimizing unnecessary operational input and potential errors; export tools allow reports to be saved in NOTEPAD, XML, PDF and EXCEL formats. Maintenance Manager automatically records machine run time and alerts users when maintenance is required; advanced humidity control module provides multi-point calibration for all recipes.
