Computer Control Multihead Weigher Tutorial
Connect the HMI and computer by the network cable, You can control and operate the multihead weigher by computer
Click Manual Mode Enter the manual test interface
Click the top cone button The top cone can be controlled by computer The top cone rotates with click Stop to stop it
Similarly, click the upper screw button The screw turns with a click
Click the hopper button The hopper operates with a click It can be seen that other components do not work without clicking
Click the weigh HP button Weigh bucket operates with a click
Click TM HP button The timing hopper runs with a click
Click the continuous running button Multihead weigher automatically runs continuously
Click the whole machine test Enter the run interface Multihead weigher runs automatically
Click the Exit button
Click to Empty button If there is material on the multihead weigher it can quickly empty the materials
1Click Exit to return to the main interface
