At this time, please adjust the sensitivity of the photoelectric switch to a suitable position or remove the blocking object. 2. The number of pulses increases, but the actual weight decreases. After feeding, the actual weight is out of tolerance. This is caused by the large difference in the material level in the hopper. After adjusting a few bags, it can return to normal. Therefore, it is necessary to reasonably control the material level in the hopper (manual feeding) or adjust the number of preset bags (automatic feeding). 3. If the zero point of the calibration scale is unstable (zero drift), there may be a large airflow (such as wind, fan, air conditioner) or vibration source nearby; in addition, if the ambient humidity is high and the circuit board is damp, this phenomenon will also occur. If the measurement is not accurate after changing the packaging specifications or materials, it may be that ① the position of the stirrer scraper is not suitable, and it needs to be adjusted so that the lower end of the scraper is about 10-15mm away from the spiral. ②If there is leakage after filling, add anti-leakage net. 6. The stirring motor does not run: First, it is due to the tripping of the thermal overload relay. At this time, open the electrical control cabinet and you can see that the thermal overload relay trip indicator rod (green) is pushed out, (there is no trip indicator during automatic reset), press the reset button (blue) by hand, and the trip indicator rod retracts ,Back to normal. The reason for the failure is that the load of the stirring motor is too large or the vibration is caused by the shutdown. The second is the lack of power supply. 7. The stepper motor runs abnormally or does not run. First, the grid voltage fluctuates too much, the drive power alarm light is on, and the drive power is self-locking. The second is that the operating frequency may be too high, causing the stepper motor to lose steps. 8. If the power supply voltage is too low, the following faults will occur: (1) The driving power supply is self-locking. (2) The weight of the calibration weigheris unstable.
