Combined Check Weigher And Metal Detector

The operator powers up the Kenwei combination checkweigher and metal detector, triggering a 45-second self-calibration that syncs the load cells and balanced-coil head. After inserting a certified weight and test sphere, they select or create a recipe, entering target weight, tolerance, sensitivity and reject timing. Packages glide onto the belt at up to 200 pcs/min: first, electromagnetic coils scan for metal fragments, then high-precision weigh cells check weight in real time. If either test fails, air-blast or pusher rejectors eject the pack instantly while conforming products continue. Live data streams to the 7-inch HMI and can export via Ethernet or USB. At shift end, two quick-lock levers release the belt for tool-free wash-down, followed by a 30-second dry cycle before shutdown.
