1. According to the single dose prescribed for the type of water pill or water honey pill to be packaged, correctly select the measuring cup used on the rotating tray of the Chinese medicine packaging machine. If there is no ready-made measuring cup, it is necessary to calculate according to the specific gravity of the packaged items and through repeated packaging tests to accurately determine the inner diameter size of the measuring cup suitable for the packaging specifications of the variety, process it, and number it. In this way, when packaging, according to the required packaging article name specification and its corresponding number, it is easy to take the appropriate measuring cup.

2. The weight difference between the finished water pills and water honey pills should be strictly controlled. In practice, we believe that the weight difference of pellets should be controlled within ±6%. In this way, not only the size of the pellets is made uniform, but also the volume of the packaged product conforms to the regulations.

3. Packaging materials. According to its economical and moisture-proof performance considerations, the use of BOPP12/PE40 composite packaging film is more appropriate.
