Police said yesterday that a Bronx man was arrested on Saturday night and accused of running a video tape factory.
The man Mamadou Diallo was accused of forging a trademark and did not disclose the source of the recording, both of which were felony, police said. Mr.
The 40-year-old Diallo told police he was in contact with Diallo about the West African immigrant who died in a police bullet attack in the lobby of the Bronx Bay apartment on February. Mr.
Diallo was arrested at 8: 40. m.
After that, drug officials saw him at the side door of an apartment building at 1019 Ward Avenue in Soundview.
Police spokesman Martucci said the captain was in June.
Diallo opened the door hard and the door handle was broken. The officers thought he might have broken into the building.

Police said that a detective from the drug team asked the Bronx district attorney\'s office for help to obtain a search warrant to enter the basement, but they were told that because the illegal factory was obvious, so there is no need for a warrant. Mr.
Diallo told police that he was the cousin of Diallo.
But the wife of Mamadou Diallo, who spoke briefly at the door of their apartment, said that Mamadou Diallo was the uncle of Amadou Diallo.
Police were unable to confirm the relationship last night.
