The working process of the automatic checkweigher is as follows: Weighing process (1) Front-end conveying mechanism: the measured object is conveyed to the weighing mechanism. On the other hand, it plays a role of isolating and damping the front-end material to ensure measurement accuracy; ②Intermediate weighing mechanism: This part is a key part of the entire mechanical system, and its structural design and installation accuracy directly affect the measurement accuracy of the system. It is composed of conveying motor, photoelectric monitoring part and weighing sensor. Complete the dynamic weighing of objects; rear-end sorting mechanism: this part is the sorting action part, which is composed of a conveying part, a pneumatic valve, a hopper, etc. Eliminate and classify the unqualified part of the object. The elimination mode can be set to blow, push, move, fall, etc. Report feedback The automatic checkweigher with weight signal feedback function, usually feedback the set amount of the average weight of the product to the packaging/filling/canning machine controller, and the control box will dynamically adjust the feed volume to make the average weight of the product closer To the target value. Avoid vibration, squeezing or objects falling on the weighing platform (weighing conveyor belt). Do not place tools on the weighing platform. ② During the transportation of the automatic checkweigher, the weighing conveyor belt must be fixed in place with screws and nuts. ③ Products that need to be weighed regularly enter the automatic checkweigher, that is, the product spacing is as equal as possible, which is a prerequisite for reliable weighing. Keep it clean, because dust, dirt, or moisture condenses on the optical components and may cause malfunctions. If necessary, gently wipe these areas with a soft cloth or cotton cloth. It is necessary to keep the automatic weighing conveyor belt clean, because the product leaves stains or residues, which are likely to cause failure. To remove the residue, please blow off the dirt with compressed air or wipe with a damp soft cloth. If the checkweigher machine is equipped with a conveyor belt, check the conveyor belt regularly. The conveyor belt must not touch any protective plates or transition plates (light slides between adjacent conveyor belts), as this will cause additional wear and vibration, which may have a negative impact on accuracy. ⑥ If the automatic checkweigher is equipped with a chain conveyor belt, the protection device needs to be checked regularly to ensure that it is intact and installed correctly. When installing a stand-alone base radiator or stand-alone bracket (column) radiator, make sure that the anchor screws or the bottom plate are firmly fixed on the ground. Keep a stock of spare parts, especially those that are easily worn out, to reduce downtime caused by damaged spare parts.
