Load cells weigh every combination in milliseconds, the algorithm chooses the nearest match, and the chosen heads discharge simultaneously into the timing hopper above the bagger. Real-time graphs, reject counts and speed data scroll on screen, ready for USB or Ethernet export; shift end brings a 30-second rinse cycle—lift-out pans, tool-free—before shutdown.
