Weighing machine is a kind of machine equipment that transforms kinetic energy from one way to another. Specifically, the weighing machine is a force sensor, and the mechanical energy of the work (such as supporting force, reduction, working pressure or torque) is transformed into an electronic signal that can be accurately measured. The compressive strength of the data signal changes with the compressive strength of the release force. According to the output data signal, there are three types of basic weighing machines: hydraulic, pneumatic and resistance strain gauges. The most common type of weighing machine used in industrial production is the strain force built-in weighing machine. The resistance strain gauge weighing machine is composed of a solid metal body (or'elastic yellow component') that fixes the resistance strain gauge. The shell is generally made of aluminum, carbon steel or stainless steel plate, which makes it very strong, but with little ductility. When using the weighing machine, the main body of the weighing machine will be slightly deformed, but unless it is a load, it will return to its original state from beginning to end. In order to better respond to changes in body shape, resistance strain gauges will also change their appearance. This in turn will cause the resistance of the resistance strain gauge to change, which can then be accurately measured as a working voltage change. Because this type of output change is positively correlated with the net weight released, the net weight of the object can be clarified from the change in operating voltage. 'The resistance strain gauge is a device that accurately measures the change of the resistor when the force is released. A typical resistance strain gauge consists of a very thin wire-corresponding foil mesh, which is set in a grid pattern. When the strain force is released along one axis, the linear resistor changes. There are various types of resistance strain gauges to choose from: Linear resistance strain gauges: The transmission line connected to the back of the resistance strain gauge is parallel to the edge of the resistance strain gauge. This is used to accurately measure radial strain and bending strain. Cutting resistance strain gauges: the transmission lines connected to the back of the resistance strain gauges are arranged at 45o to both sides of the working pressure frame. This is used to accurately measure the cutting strain force. Resistance strain gauges are generally used in conjunction with a large number of resistance strain gauges to improve precision. A digital power amplifier resistance strain gauge is called a quarter bridge, two digital power amplifier resistance strain gauges are called a half bridge, and four digital power amplifier resistance strain gauges are called a full bridge. Resistance strain gage resistors are not the same as weighing rechargeable batteries by supporting force and shrinking body cells. The tension length makes the resistance strain gauge soft and elongated, and lifts the resistor. The tightening force makes the resistance strain gauge thicker and shorter, and the resistor is reduced. The resistance strain gauge is attached to the thin back (fixed bracket), which is immediately connected to the weighing module, so that the resistance strain gauge can feel the strain force of the weighing machine. The resistor transition accurately measured by a single-resistance strain gauge is very small, about 0.12°. The sensitivity of the load module increases with the number of resistance strain gauges released. A good way to turn this small change into more measurable is to interconnect them as a precise bridge. Types of resistance strain gauges Resistance strain gauges are laid out in different orientations, which actually lie in the type of force that is accurately measured. Bending strain, cutting strain force, radial strain force, torque and working pressure are all accurately measured using the special reasonable layout of resistance strain gauges. The precision bridge circuit is equipped with four equalizing resistors, and uses the known excitation working voltage, as shown below: The stable working voltage is already known before five and VO is accurately measured. If all the resistances are balanced, it means that R1/R2R3/R4 followed by VO is zero. If there is a change in one of the resistance values, VO will have a resultant change, which can be accurately measured and expressed using Ohm's law. Ohm's law emphasizes that the amount of current passing through an electrical conductor between two points (I, in amperes as a business) is positively related to the working voltage (V) between the two points. Resistors (R, accurate measurement in European mothers) are introduced for the definition of variables in this correlation, and are not related to the amount of current. Ohm's law is shown in the formula Iu003dV/R. When applied to the four paper strips of the precision bridge power supply circuit, the equations are transformed into: in the weighing machine, this kind of resistance is replaced by the resistance strain gauge in the replacement of the supporting force and the precise measurement of the reduction. When the force is released to the weighing rechargeable battery, the resistor in each resistance strain gauge changes, and VO is accurately measured.
