System including:

32 head weigher, counting vibration rotary feeder, working platform (optional: material feeding conveyor, packaging machine, desiccant feeder).

Features

1. Weighing range: 5-240g;

2. 32 head weigher with high combination, flexible configuration, strong adaptability and high precision;

3. The main material automatically compensates for the error of other formula weighing to ensure the accuracy of the total weight;

4. Less than 7 materials can be flexibly set for the mixing formula, or more than 7 materials can be added;

5. It can be used for only one material as a high-speed machine or used for weighing larger target weights.

Optional equipment is the same as one multi-head weigher mixing weighing system.

Mixing Weighing Configuration

Illustration A: Mixed weighing of 4 materials + 3 kinds of materials counting pieces (total weighing accuracy: ± 1.5g)

The distributed hoppers of 32 head weigher for the 4 material are 7hoppers (±2g), 7hoppers (±2g), 7hoppers (±2g) and 8hoppers (±1.5g).The main material is distributed 8hoppers as the main material automatically compensate for other formula weighing accuracy error, which ensure accuracy of the total weight within ±1.5g; Other three kinds of materials are distributed 7 hoppers with accuracy of ± 2g; Formula weighing accuracy control is well.

The distributed hoppers of 32 head weigher for the 3 material counting pieces are 1 hopper (±0), 1 hopper (±0) and 1 hopper (±0). Each of the material is distributed to one hopper and fed by counting vibration rotary feeder in high precision (the weight accuracy is not considered)

Illustration B: Mixed weighing of 3 materials + 4 kinds of materials counting pieces (total weighing accuracy ± 1g)

The distributed hoppers for the 32 head weigher that is suitable for 3 materials are 10 hoppers (±1g), 10 hoppers (±1g), 8 hoppers (±1.5g). The main material is distributed in 10 hoppers which automatically compensates for the error of other formula weighing and ensures its accuracy of the total weight within ±1g. Other 2 kinds of materials are distributed in 10 hoppers with a control accuracy within ±2g. Formula weighing precision is well controlled.

The distributed hopper for the 32 head weigher for the 4 material counting pieces is 1 hopper (±0), 1 hopper (±0) ,1 hopper (±0) and 1 hopper (±0). Each material is distributed in one hopper and is fed with high precision by counting the vibrating rotary feeder. (regardless of the weight accuracy)
